It seems like this company really don't want your business! They neglect to call you back, are rude on the phone. They expect full payment upfront, charge the highest prices around and go out of their way to give the impression that your business is beneath them. This is just the customer service side of things. I have no comment about the quality of the removal work as I never got that far after hearing the price and being subjected to the worst customer service I have ever had!
